The Tuchenhagen® -VARIFLOW Centrifugal Pump series TP has been developed in
order to meet today's requirements of cleanability, gentle product handling,
efficiency and easy maintenance. Six pump sizes are available with flow rates
up to 140 m³/h and flow heads up to approx. 100 m w.c.
Characteristics:
- Gentle product handling due to low flow velocities.
- Early, harmful cavitation to the pump and product is avoided by low
NPSH-values.
- Optimised hydraulic efficiency.
- Optimal SIP/CIP characteristics are obtained by avoiding undercuts and dead
corners, by active flushing of the pump's interior as well as by use of the
VARIVENT® principle.
- The open impeller design ensures optimum cleaning characteristics.
- Surface roughness of Ra < or = 0,8 µm can be achieved by mechanical
treatment of the surface.
- Standard foot and flange motors of type IM B35, according to IEC or NEMA
can be used as pump drive.
